To apply for a refund, please contact our customer support by submitting a refund request - click on "Submit a request" within the Withdrawal period*

*withdrawal period is 14 (fourteen) days for European Union citizens and 5 (five) days for non-European Union citizens from the day of conclusion of the Distance contract.

Please be ready to provide us with visual proof that the product was faulty.

All refunds are transferred to the account that initially paid for the product.

If you dispute or charge back the purchase with your credit card provider, we will not be able to refund the transaction, and it might take months until a final resolution is settled upon. • for the digital content was made a double payment

*according to consumer rights legislation digital content is proved to be faulty if consumer proves that it isn't as described - it doesn't match any description given in an advert or other information provided by the Company at the time of sale.
