Go to: PROFILE => YOUR PREMIUM => LEARN MORE => UPGRADE TO THE PREMIUM WEIGHT LOSS LEVEL

If still you wish to cancel your Premium plan, follow the instruction:
IF YOU DON'T WISH FOR SERVICE TO AUTOMATICALLY RENEW, you have to cancel the subscription at least 48 hours before the end of current period, in which case, the Services will be terminated upon expiration of the then current term, unless you manually renews the Services prior to that date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your weight loss account*.
Go to: PROFILE => YOUR PREMIUM => LEARN MORE => DELETE.

After cancellation you will see a pop-up window confirming that your subscription plan has been successfully cancelled.
If you have tried to cancel the subscription yourself according to our instructions, but you have not succeeded, please submit a request to the support team using "I've tried to unsubscribe myself, but I've been unsuccessful"
